Full-Time Data Entry Assistant (Remote or On-Site)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Data Entry Assistant. This is an ideal role for beginners looking to start their career in data management or administrative support. You will be responsible for inputting, updating, and verifying data across various systems and spreadsheets.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input data from documents into internal systems
Maintain and update database records regularly
Proofread entries for errors and correct any incompatibilities
Organize files and retrieve data when requested
Work closely with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Typing speed of 35–45 WPM (words per minute)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Good written and verbal communication skills
No prior experience required – training will be provided.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (IST or based on company timezone)
Remote or In-office (based on the company’s requirement)
